Deliveries
Deliveries on all Hollow Leg orders are free of charge. The minimum order is 2 bottles. We operate a 2 day delivery service nationwide - orders are packed for despatch next working day and delivered the following day. Orders sent with courier services are provided a tracking number upon despatch.


Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your wines must be in the same condition that you received them, unopened, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@drinkhollowleg.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right for you.

In the event that you get a delivery that is out of condition please let us know immediately and we can refund you or replace it.
